ALRITE is a positive, friendly, safe and enriching center that brings out the best in children with autism. We provide stimulating and quality therapy services to help each child to reach full potential. Our proven strategies have progressed young learners to achieve their fullest potential and to venture into mainstream schooling.

Our Approach: 

Why Alrite’s Curriculum?

Our approach is based on proven theories which explores and understand a child’s dominant learning style, moving a child from “I can’t” to “I can” and bridging the gap of development in language, communication, social interaction, expressive speech, cognitive and behavior through research-based Methodology:  ABA, Applied Behavior Analysis to provide instructional based teaching.

Our structured curriculum is based on the  STAR programme and the compilation of our own proven strategies by Ms Misha from her 17 Years of experience teaching children with AUTISM.

We start with an assessment for students’ learning profile to determine their learning goals and generate data that provides baseline information with student’s Current Performance Level for the IEP (Individualised Education Programme). Teaching strategies are based on the principles of antecedent, behavior and response.

We specialize in therapy sessions for children with autism by developing their core skills, social & communication skills, behavior modification, motor skills, self-help skills and school readiness skills using the VAKT approaches ( Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic and texture)

We feature a simple, positive, systematic, creative and play-based approach in our intervention programmes. At ALRITE, we believe in making learning and teaching the way the child needs most. Every child learns differently and we prepare ourselves by teaching them the way they learn. We experience the most remarkable achievements in what we believe and follow.  Children with autism have amazing potential and we are here to tap their potential.

Our Founder: 

Mishantini Sanderasagran, is the Founder and Director of ALRITE Play and Achievement Centre Sdn Bhd known as ALRITE AUTISM CENTER.

She is a certified Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behaviour Analysis, USA and a special educator with experience in central administration and the classroom.

Mishantini has extended her expertise by successfully obtaining a Europass Certificate Supplement for Best Practices in Inclusive Classroom with Level 7 Europass Frame Work from Areadne, Kalamata Greece. Mishantini is a graduate of Manipal University India where she received a Diploma in Special Education (Autism) under the Rehabilitation Council of Indian Ministry under the Social, Justice and Empowerment department. Mishantini completed the Applied Behaviour Analysis Foundation Course with Emphasis on Verbal Behaviours from Behaviour Enrichment, Dubai attested by Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Dubai and received a certification in Montessori Studies from the Modern Montessori International.

Mishantini is currently helming ALRITE Autism Centre where she is responsible for the operations and day to day business of the company. Mishantini brings over 13 years of experience to the business from her key roles of working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families across Malaysia.

Mishantini started ALRITE Autism Centre in the year 2012 with the aim of building inspiring future for individuals touched by autism. Mishantini has worked individually and in groups with over 500 children. Mishantini has extensive knowledge of curriculum development and Individualised Education Plans (IEP) as well as creating quality teaching materials where she has created over 500 types of materials to be utilised in the intervention strategies for children with autism.

Mishantini has organised and led Autism campaigns and awareness project. Mishantini presented as a speaker in Evidence-Based Intervention for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Forum which was held on 30th November 2017, by International University Malaya- Wales. Mishantini excels training staff in schools and agencies as well as parents regarding the effective treatment of learners with autism. In the year 2020, ALRITE announced its first online course CERTIFICATE IN AUTISM with Europass Certificate Supplement, Level 7 in collaboration with AREADNE, Lifelong Learning Centre from KALAMATA, GREECE.

Our Culture & Value: 

As a team, we do our best daily to be safe and productive. On the days that we need to handle the difficult behavior of children, we remind ourselves that they are not being hard on us, they are having a hard time. When paperwork is endless, we remind ourselves that it’s data of progress and it is essential. When lessons are not completed on that day, we remind ourselves it’s just data, it is not the ability of the child, tomorrow will be another day of learning. When we are exhausted, we recharge ourselves with the smile and progress of each child. When we select the team members, our first question will always be: SYMPATHY OR EMPOWERMENT? “If you have the zeal to empower each child and each team member, join us.”. Empowerment is how everyone’s journey at ALRITE starts.
