As a team, we do our best daily to be safe and productive. On the days that we need to handle difficult behavior of children, we remind ourselves that they are not being hard on us, they are having a hard time. When paper works are endless, we remind ourselves that it’s data of progress and it is essential. When lessons are not completed on that day, we remind ourselves it’s just a data, it is not the ability of the child, tomorrow will be another day of learning. When we are exhausted, we recharge our self with the smile and progress of each child.
